Ethereal Floral-Filled Wedding in Red, Mauve, and Gold

At Flowers by Cina, we always love an opportunity to work with colorful blooms and equally vibrant couples. We recently teamed up with Kelsey Events to bring a wonderful couple’s colorful wedding vision to life. Keep reading for all the details from this ethereal, floral-filled wedding in red, mauve, and gold!

A timeless wedding design doesn’t necessarily mean all-white blooms, a black-and-white reception design, or blush accents. Regal gold and warm reds are classic wedding features, too, and work especially well in a traditional, indoor setting and in the colder months of the year. When Autumn and Joseph started planning their wedding, they wanted to incorporate color into the wedding design and stressed the importance of ambiance – plenty of ambiance. Which is exactly what they got!

To bring the couple’s wedding vision to life, the creative team worked with a palette of warm red hues, mauve, and purple accented with ivory and gold. For their traditional ceremony, our team at Flowers by Cina designed a horseshoe-shaped arch adorned with lush greenery and an abundance of blooms in various red, blush and purple tones. The aisle was lined with candles of various sizes and small floral arrangements designed with the same types of florals as seen in the arch.

Autumn looked stunning wearing an elegant gown in delicate lace. Her bridal bouquet, featuring red, purple, and mauve colored blooms mixed with lush foliage, popped against the elegant fabric of her ivory dress. The bridesmaids wore dresses in beautiful emerald green that perfectly complimented the greenery and mauve tones of their lush bouquets.

After the ceremony, guests gathered in the ballroom of the exclusive venue for a night of celebration. The beautiful space, featuring dark wooden panels, a coffered ceiling, and gorgeous architectural details, contributed to the regal vibe of the reception design in red, ivory, and gold.

Guests found their seats at round tables set with gold-toned linens, elevated centerpieces in clear vases, and a mix of candleholders of various sizes. Autumn and Joseph were seated at a sweetheart table in front of the majestic fireplace adorned with lush foliage and elegant red blooms. A large floral arrangement in different tones of red, purple, and mauve graced the front of the sweetheart table.
