Naomi and Jon had a real-life fairytale wedding in Southern California on a beautiful December day. The couple’s closest family and friends gathered by the iconic rotunda at The Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport Beach to witness Naomi and Jon become husband and wife in a love celebration filled with sophisticated golden glamour from start to finish.
Guests arrived early to the much anticipated occasion and were seated in white chairs facing the beautiful floral-filled rotunda and sweeping ocean views. The ceremony area had been transformed into a floral wonderland with tall, blooming trees gracing both sides of the aisle.
When the stunning bride appeared guests rose from their seats and watched in awe as she gracefully strode down the petal-filled aisle leading up to the altar where she was united with her husband-to-be. At the exact moment Naomi and Jon said their I Dos and kissed, delicate petals and white doves were released from above the ceremony area marking the beginning of the newlyweds’ happily ever after.
The couple worked closely with Allegro Event to plan and design their special day. Together they, along with the entire creative team, orchestrated a truly magical celebration with an abundance of white florals and candles, elegant gold decor, and breathtaking finishing touches that enhanced the glamorous vibe throughout the day.
The indoor reception was held in the beautiful ballroom with sweeping views of the grounds of the resort. The room was elegantly decorated with elaborate white draping, mirrored tables with gold decor finishes, an oversized floral chandelier above the dance floor, and beautiful personalized details throughout. In addition, life-sized trees with white blooms were brought inside creating a sense of being in a magical garden, while thousands of white candles added ambience to the grand space.
For the reception Naomi changed into a champagne-hued creation perfectly suited for the First Dance and the cutting of the cake – a magnificent piece of cake art with subtle marble imitations, white blooms, and streaks of gold.
As Naomi and Jon twirled into their happily ever after on the dance floor, the sun set outside the panoramic windows of Pelican Hill Resort marking the end of a magical day, but also the start of a new, beautiful beginning.
