Whimsical, chic, and oh-so-romantic. When the talented creatives at Pure Lavish Events team up with Valorie Darling Photography for a special wedding at The Ranch at Laguna Beach you know it’s going to be a one-of-a-kind event. Keep reading for all the details from an enchanted wedding with exquisite pops of lavender!
Our lovely couple, Amanda and Patrick, tied the knot surrounded by friends and family in an intimate ceremony in Laguna Beach. Most people assume that weddings in this iconic California beach town come complete with an ocean view, but Amanda and Patrick proved that an ocean view is definitely not necessary in order to have a magnificent wedding in Laguna Beach! Their garden-themed wedding nestled between stately trees and surrounded by vibrant greenery was truly one for the books.
For the ceremony, our team at Flowers by Cina adorned both sides of the aisle with whimsical blooms in soft pastel hues mixed with lush foliage. Instead of having a traditional ceremony arch, we added cascading greenery and florals in blush and mauve to the large trees on both sides of the altar space creating a magnificent frame for the couple’s I Dos.
Amanda looked stunning in her strapless bridal gown and with her long, brown hair in beachy waves trailing down her back and partially tucked back with a lovely hairpiece. Her bridal bouquet featured a gorgeous color palette of ivory, blush, and mauve paired with elegant, whimsical foliage. The bridesmaids complimented the bridal look with their green dresses and bouquets that mirrored the bride’s bouquet.
The outdoor reception was reminiscent of the Tuscan countryside and beautiful alfresco celebrations! Guests were seated on wooden chairs by a mix of round and rectangular tables dressed in champagne-hued linens. Each table was set with gold-rimmed stemware, rattan chargers, gold flatware, and pistachio green napkin knots. Our team provided elevated as well as low centerpieces featuring a mix of greenery and beautiful blooms in ivory, blush, and mauve tones.
Amanda and Patrick shared their first meal as newlyweds seated beneath thousands of string lights and surrounded by all their loved ones. It was a magical ending to the first day of their happily ever after! Congratulations to the wonderful couple!
