Held at the historic Vibiana in downtown Los Angeles, this beautiful wedding planned by Events by Evelynn drew from a color palette of ivory, blush, burgundy, and deep plum for what was a truly romantic design!
Our bride looked stunning in a sleeveless mermaid gown with lace details and perfectly styled hair that evoked timeless beauty and style. Her bouquet was loose in structure with flowing greenery and deep burgundy and plum tones throughout with hints of blush to soften the look. Her bridesmaids in floor-length black gowns carried smaller bouquets of similar structure but more ivory and blush florals used throughout. Vibiana’s Main Hall was transformed into a chic ceremony where candlelight illuminated the altar and tall floral designs on pedestals framed the entrance to the aisle for a dramatic statement.
After saying “I do” while surrounded by loved ones, the Main Hall of the former cathedral was once again transformed into a gorgeous reception space where a black and white dance floor filled the center of the room with round and rectangular tables surrounding it. Round table tops were topped with black linens, silver flatware, and textured centerpieces surrounded by candlelight. Rectangular table tops were topped with crisp white linens and met with lower centerpieces on mirrors flowing down the length of the tables and crystal candelabras.
The pairing of deep tones and modern details were an unforgettable combination and we love the imagery captured by Kim Fox Photography!
