Located in sunny San Juan Capistrano, Plaza de Magdalena offers brides and grooms a gorgeous wedding destination surrounded by rich history and culture within steps of the venue. Planned by Perfectly Made Weddings, Candace and Kyle’s Plaza de Magdalena wedding was full of vibrant and beautiful details and thankfully, Jaime Davis Photography captured every last detail perfectly!
The ceremony was held in the Plaza de Magdalena wedding venue’s open and airy courtyard where suspended chandeliers and strings of lights created an elegant ambiance for the occasion. A wooden arbor awaited the newlyweds at the ceremony site that was covered with textured leafy greens and vibrant fuschia florals. Our bride, in a gorgeous white gown, carried a lovely bouquet of florals that matched the arbor design while her bridesmaids in black gowns carried loose flowing bouquets of white florals and overflowing greenery. It was an emotional and sweet ceremony as the two became husband and wife while surrounded by loved ones.
The indoor reception that followed had a classic color palette of black and white with gold details. Although a classic color combination, unique details such as black and white striped table runners and the addition of our vibrant centerpieces made the design a breath of fresh air! Our sweet newlyweds dined from an intimate sweetheart table decked out in glittery gold linens with the glow of candlelight and statement floral piece to really make their table stand out! The evening was spent celebrating the couple with great decor, delicious food, and an incredibly beautiful cake by Simply Sweet Cakery topped with fresh flowers.
