Gorgeous Wedding with Enchanted Garden Vibes at Shady Canyon Golf Club

Melissa and John turned to Kelsey Events to help them create an amazing wedding experience with the feeling of being transported to Tuscany for the day. Nestled in a canyon between two busy freeways in Orange County, Shady Canyon Golf Club provides a serene escape for anyone looking for a venue with an intimate garden-like setting in a prime SoCal location. With meticulously manicured greens and picturesque fairways set against a magnificent backdrop and a beautiful clubhouse, Shady Canyon Golf Club was the perfect setting for our couple’s intimate celebration.

Kelsey Events and the vendor team brought their A-game to Melissa and John’s wedding! The understated yet elegant ceremony was set against the spectacular canyon backdrop. Guests were seated on wooden chairs facing the altar space and the beautiful bride and groom. For the ceremony, our team at Flowers by Cina provided low, whimsical floral arrangements featuring all-white blooms paired with greenery that perfectly complemented the venue and its lush surroundings.

The bride looked absolutely stunning wearing a beautiful, off-the-shoulders gown and a chic, long veil tucked into her long, dark hair. Her bridesmaids wore classic, black dresses accented with all-white bouquets that mirrored the elegant bridal bouquet. The handsome groom looked dapper in his black tuxedo.

The reception space was a Tuscan garden dream! The design centered around the dance floor and the large, wooden structures adorned with lush foliage and magnificent gold chandeliers. Guests were seated on either wooden chairs or French-style, tufted chairs in ivory fabric by a mix of tables dressed in white linens or with chiffon runners.

The tables were set with gold-rimmed chargers, napkin rings featuring elegant pearl details, and low centerpieces with all-white blooms that mirrored the neutral color scheme of the wedding design.
